
Regina Siske received her BSN from the University of Illinois and completed one year of graduate studies in the same field at the University of Michigan. She began her pursuit of independent art studies after leaving her nursing career to raise a family.
Her focus on Asian brush painting began in 1998. She has studied with local teachers as well as international masters of Asian brush painting. She has exhibited nationally and internationally and has received numerous local and national awards. Her works are in many private collections and has been featured in various publications.
Reggie is listed in Marquis Who’s Who In America and Who’s Who of American Women. She is a board member and Immediate Past President and Program Chairperson of Sumi-e Midwest, having served as president for 14 years. She is also a member of the National Sumi-e Society of America and served on the National Board as Corresponding Secretary.
