Pam Houcek was a long time and active member of Sumi-e Midwest and Sumi-e Society of America. Pam served as president of Sumi-e Midwest and then as treasurer.
Pam was a woman of many talents. In addition to Sumi-e, she studied Japanese language, Ikebana flower arranging, silk painting, and other fiber art including knitting and weaving. Pam was also a musician and singer.
She was a wonderful friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
